THE NEED
For schools that can’t afford to transport children here, HSSV provides busing scholarships, which is usually the most expensive part of any field trip. HSSV wants to continue to offer this important service to teachers and the students they serve because educating the community can help save animals’ lives now and in the future. It costs $7 per child, and $350 can provide a busing scholarship to schools in need, which would bring 50 children to the center for the “Kind Kids Field Trip” program.
