Project Info

Our Sunflower home (upon which the Richard Paul Evans novel was named), when completed will include housing for 88 children, a school, library, medical facilities, greenhouses, a dairy and water treatment for the local village. We are over half way to completing our first home in Peru, and countries like Ecuador and Columbia have already asked us to come into their countries with the same evidence-based model.

We still need to finish the bathrooms, the 3rd dorm, rooms for visiting doctors and professionals, school, laundry facilities, electrical system, medical rooms and computer lab.

Southern Cross Humanitarian invites you to bridge cultural divides and build a stronger global family through financial donations and/or coming with us on a humanitarian expedition to help us finish constuction of the sunflower home itself!
