Luckily, behind his terrified demeanor, we saw his potential to become someone's beloved new companion. Charlie has come a long way in two weeks, but he has a ways to go.

In these tough economic times, shelters are finding it harder and harder to allocate resources to animals which may not exactly be 'ready to go' just yet. We decided to take a chance on Charlie because we believe that every dog deserves a second chance.

Can you find it in your hearts to help us make that belief a reality for Charlie?

So sad, this guy's foster family fell in love with him and wanted to adopt...right before they had to move to a 'no dogs allowed' home. Poor guy, now he's back at the shelter.
