Project Info
This is a continuation of our very successful fundraising efforts on Bring Light. Thank you to all who donated to our first project. The effort has begun!
The funds from this new project will completely fund one dorm room. This includes the the cost of building & painting the rooms, as well as the bunkbeds (mattresses, sheet, pillows), wardrobe, clothes, hygiene kits, etc.
The Peruvian Earthquake has left scores of children literally wandering the streets, homeless and without parents. Government officials contacted Southern Cross Humanitarian asking for assistance, knowing our organization provides long term solutions for children combined with legal guardianship. As we are almost filled to capacity in our first two dorms, we are raising emergency funds to construct our 3rd and 4th dorm.
