Hands & Voices supports families and their deaf or hard of hearing children regardless of whether they use sign language or communicate orally. We are the only communication-unbiased, parent-driven family support organization of our kind in the field of deafness. As a diverse group of communicators, we unite on the fundamental human right to communication and access to education for all our children--whether talking or signing.
