Camp Tuolumne Trails is a fully wheelchair-accessible camp for children with special medical needs, located in the Sierra Nevada outside Groveland, California near the grandeur of Yosemite National Park.

Tuolumne Trails is "A Camp for Me" -- where children with serious medical conditions, who normally can't go to camp, can rediscover their childhood and enjoy life’s simple pleasures in a beautiful outdoor setting.

All activities are designed for kid-style fun while helping campers develop independence, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Campers also enhance their social skills, self-confidence and self-esteem through new skills and accomplishments.
