About our Charity

Founded: 1998
the Positive Coaching Alliance is a non-profit that helps youth and high school coaches, sports parents, organizational leaders and athletes, create a positive, character-building youth sports experience.

With a National Advisory Board that includes Phil Jackson, Doc Rivers, Shane Battier, Summer Sanders and many others, PCA leads a movement to transform youth sports. Since its founding at Stanford University in 1998, PCA's live and online courses have impacted more than 3 millions youth athletes.

PCA trains Double-Goal Coaches©, whose first goal is winning, and whose second, more-important goal is teaching life lessons through sports. PCA also helps develop Second-Goal Parents™, who focus on life lessons, and Triple-Impact Competitors™, committed to improving themselves, their teammates and their sport as a whole.

If you believe like we do that we all play an active role in making youth sports fun, enriching and character building for our kids, please support PCA by today.
