Vivace is a community-based, non-profit organization open to all children, ages 4 and up in the San Jose area. If your children love to sing, and would like to develop their musical and ensemble skills, this is the place to start.
Vivace offers a quality Kodaly-based choral music program for children throughout San Jose at their Stone Church rehearsal location on Lincoln Avenue. Singers are given instruction in music theory, ear training and vocal technique as well as the opportunity to sing repertoire ranging from folk to classical music. The children will perform in two major, semester-end
concerts per year, and also at other community functions.
