Grundy Development Corporation is a wholly controlled subsidiary of the Grundy County Housing Authority. GDC works to develop additional affordable housing for elderly and disabled residents of our small, rural county. To date, and because of our work, 139 households are now able to pay not more than 30% of their income for rent and utilities. We also partner with others to provide meals, clothing, and other social services for the people who live in our homes.
