About our Charity
Founded: 1992
Through community-based educational programming the South Texas Adult Resource and Training Center's Vision Statement is "To provide necessary programs to move families from the periphery into the mainstream of the Rio Grande Valley economy through the use of a proactive strategy."
The Center is a grassroots, community-based 501c3 nonprofit agency founded in 1992.
