Jacob’s Heart provides practical support and compassionate care. Our services cater to the most elemental needs; ensuring that families are supported emotionally, socially, financially and with resources that cater to the care of their child and the entire family.
We continue to be a local, grass-roots organization serving families in Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey Counties. All programs are offered in English and Spanish.
