Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa runs 22 programs in Sonoma, Napa and Lake Counties. We serve approximately 47,000 people in need annually regardless of religion - the homeless and hungry, immigrants, children and youth at risk, elders and the homebound, Alzheimer's patients and their caregivers, and individuals and families in crisis.
