The average weekly earnings of program participants increased from $71./week to $544./week after going through the program and becoming employed!    It costs approximately $4,000 to sponsor a job seeker to participate in Project HIRED’s workshops, career coaching, and computer resource center.  91% of total revenue is used to fund program services.  </description>
