Not a sexy project...but who needs sexy when we're talking about KITTIES!

Charity: Humane Society Silicon Valley. Categories: Animals Community Environment Health Social Services . It's very, very simple - almost silly simple, really. It costs $50 to purchase a humane trap to capture a homeless cat who needs to be spayed/neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and disease tested. Humane Society Silicon Valley has humane traps that can help our community members trap homeless cats so that we can provide everything they need to be placed back into their colonies where caring people can take care of them while they live out the rest of their lives.

CATS: Being homeless doesn't have to mean living without hope!

Charity: Humane Society Silicon Valley. Categories: Animals Community . Even though homeless cats traditionally have shortened life spans, with your help, Humane Society Silicon Valley can help stem the tide of the thousands of kittens that are born homeless each year - and over time, stop the cycle of uncertainty and pain for these helpless creatures. With your support, HSSV will be able to provide spay and neuter surgeries for homeless cats at a minimal cost to caring community members. If we spay and neuter 4,800 cats per year, we will see a decline in the number of homeless cats by roughly 10% each year in our community - and more importantly, we will see a decrease in the number of cats and kittens euthanized at public shelters!
